Overview
PSRI operates a full-cycle petroleum business — from origination at the wellhead and refinery gate through storage, blending and delivery to end users. Our desks in Dubai, Rotterdam and Istanbul coordinate physical flows with dedicated shipping capacity and pre-arranged financing lines.
We work with National Oil Companies, independent refiners, utilities and industrial off-takers, structuring long-term supply contracts alongside opportunistic spot trades. Every cargo is executed under strict compliance, KYC and sanctions screening frameworks.
